BMD conducts Sales Blueprint training for commercial sales teams
ESAG Building Materials Division conducted a Sales Blueprint training session at the Learning & Development Centre, for 40 attendees from the commercial sales team of Mac Al Gurg and Al Gurg Paints. The two-day interactive sales training course was conducted by Mark Rapley Consulting, UK.
The course centered on two aspects: Customer Management and Effective Project Influencing. During the session, the sales team gained new skills to improve sales processes and activities with specifiers, contractors, and traders. The course focused on becoming more efficient, organised, and knowledgeable by using interactive business tools and apps which offer customers a new supportive experience.
The overall aim was to help the sales team develop skills to identify and create new business opportunities with customers, and have greater success rates when managing construction projects from specification to on-site.
